Cancelations must be called in or texted to 717-712-8258. I often can not answer calls, please leave a text preferably or voicemail to cancel your appointment. Instagram or Facebook direct messages will NOT be accepted to cancel your appointment. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, I will likely no longer have time to complete the full service booked for. My schedule blocks out the appropriate amount of time for each service with no wiggle room. If you are even a few minutes late, we may have to do less color or foiling than originally planned, or you may be asked to reschedule. NO-SHOWS are marked 15 minutes for all services. Please do NOT arrive at the salon if you are beyond 15 minutes late. You will already have been marked a no-show and you will be turned away. If you are late you will push back the finishing time , invading other clients scheduled appointments. Please respect my business by avoiding tardiness. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service total. If you NO-SHOW your appointment and give no notice of cancellation, you will be charged 90% of the service total. You will be sent an invoice and will be REQUIRED to pay the invoice before booking any future appointments. After 2 no shows, late canceling(within 24 hours), and consistently arriving late beyond 15 minutes, you will be DENIED all future booking requests. I sincerely value your time and ask that you respect mine. I understand that life things happen, but this strict cancelation policy protects my time and livelihood. This allows me to continue to provide an stress-free scheduling experience for existing clients. If there is an emergency or situation beyond your control, I ask you to please communicate the predicament. NEW CLIENTS: All new clients are required to complete Form Questions Please respect the booking process. GUESTS: Due to limited space in the salon, no guests or children are allowed to accompany you to your appointment at Mare’s Mane Studio without prior approval. Please reach out if you’d like to bring a guest. RIGHT TO REFUSAL: As a professional and a business owner, I reserve the right to refuse a service to clients for any reason. All are welcome in my chair! However, please understand that I will always be fully transparent with you. If you are requesting a service I do not feel comfortable with I will offer what service I am capable of providing. I have my own specific skills and specializations that I am continuously expanding through education. I will recommend another professional if I do not believe that I can provide you with the results you desire. PARKING: You will park behind me in Spot #6 or any undesignated spot available in front of the salon. Do not park in any other numbered spot except #6. There are other businesses and those are their designated spots for them and their clients. REFUNDS: No product returns will be accepted. Once you have opened and used a product, I can not refund you for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your hair upon completion of a service, I will ask you to share your opinions before leaving my chair, and I will always do all I can do to make it right. No service refunds can be issued if you leave the salon happy, but reach out a few days later. If you have any issue whatsoever after your appointment, please reach out within 48 hours and I would be happy to get you back in and make adjustments necessary. PRICING: Required salon expenses, time necessary, and stylist skill/education level are thoughtfully constructed into every service’s price. Please note that the pricing listed is a base price and is subject to increase if extra time and product is required.
